The Can West Hockey mission is to provide youth hockey players an environment to showcase and progress their individual skills within a team setting across all levels of play, while supporting every player’s unique development path with fairness, transparency, direction and proactive communication. Can West Hockey is also a member of the The Hockey Super League (HSL) and as such abides by the rules and regulations set forth by this governing body during the winter season.
Our principal goal is to develop player confidence and leadership qualities on and off the ice as well as inspire every player with the opportunity, tools and guidance necessary to perform at the highest level of their individual ability and interest, while upholding the highest level of sportsmanship and team play. By helping develop confidence and leadership qualities on and off the ice Can West Hockey and its various stakeholders will offer opportunities which help foster discipline, commitment, confidence, character and friendships throughout life.
